Everyone
anticipated a powerful speaker who would serve as God’s
messenger to inspire and encourage. He came in the person
of Fr. Francis Gustilo, former Provincial Superior of
the Salesians of Don Bosco in the Philippines. He spoke
about the Gifts of the Holy Spirit, focusing on the
unifying element of love. As he expounded on the different
gifts, he qualified that having these gifts do not necessarily
equate with being spiritual. Fr. Francis reiterated
that their use must always be centered on LOVE. |
