A year after the first CLS for Handmaids for Family and Life organized by Sis Nene Sta Cruz was completed, a CLS for couples was organized where PNG nationals completed the seminar. Encouraged by the turnout and the growth of the community, together with the arrival of Fr. Elisenio Abilgos (Fr. Line) who was installed as the Parish Priest of the Holy Rosary Parish in Six Mile, Port Moresby, a MEGA CLS was organized and completed on June 5, 2010 with 94 graduates.

The community had their first General Assembly on Sunday June 6, 2010 at the Granville Hotel which started with a Mass officiated by Fr. Line. Bro. Frank Padilla exhorted one and all to be faithful to our Mission and Vision.

Next day the mission team was honored by the members of the Six Mile community from the IVANI tribe with a program of songs, dances, and speeches by various heads of the tribe. In the afternoon, Talks 1 & 2 of the Household Training Program was given to over 50 participants at the Holy Rosary Parish Hall. Talks 3 & 4 were given the following day.

On the last day of the mission, we were able to meet Archbishop Jon Ribat of the Archdiocese of Port Moresby, who agreed to allow the community in PNG to continue the work in the Holy Rosary Parish of Fr. Line and be recognized as the Community For Christ Foundation for Family and Life (CFC-FFL). In the afternoon, the mission team together with the PNG Core Group met to finalize the CFC-FFL PNG pastoral and organizational structure. Fr. Line gave the final blessing for the work of evangelization ahead and the safe trip of the mission team leaving for Manila.
