| On
October the 11th 2008, Beads
for Peace were once more raise
on high in prayer by boys and
girls from different parishes,
schools and organizations such
as Couples for Christ Foundation
for Family and Life. They gathered
for the 10th Children’s
Rosary Rally at the Tiendesitas
Activity Center in Pasig City.
The
recitation of the Rosary was
brought to life by the children
enacting the various scenes
of the Joyful Mysteries. The
opening prayers were by a family
of five. Each Our Father and
Hail Mary of each mystery had
an individual boy or girl reciting
it.
The
Eucharist followed with Bishop
Honesto Ongtioco of the Diocese
of Cubao as the main celebrant.
Concelebrating were Bishop Raul
Martirez, Bishop Emeritus of
Antique, Fr. John Palen, CSC,
President of the Family Rosary
Movement and Fr. Roque da Costa,
CSC, Director, Family Rosary
